Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery across India typically takes 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary for remote pin codes and during festive periods.

Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,499. A flat rate of ₹99 applies to orders below the threshold. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once dispatched, a tracking link is shared by email and SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier system.

Delays caused by weather, transportation strikes or unforeseen events are beyond our control. In such cases, our client services team will update you at the earliest.

Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, write to kanviaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier and share an update within 3 to 5 business days.
